Family Visits from New York

My cousin Mary and her husband Mike were vacationing at Hampton beach with their 4 little Darlings and were kind enough to come for dinner on Friday night. They are the first of my mom's side of the family to see our new house. I hope that they give us a good review and more NY family will want to come up and see us! Here are a few (ok more than a few) pics of the precious kids!

George caught a fish! (well, 5 fish)

We spent a good part of Sunday in the canoe on East Inlet. George caught nothing! So we went back to shore and he decided to fish off of the shore for a bit. This is the last of FIVE fish that he caught from shore! Go figure!

Camping in Pittsburg, NH

George, Holly and I went camping this weekend with Jay and Sara and Sara’s sister Kristy. I took 170+ pictures. Lucky for you I have just chosen a few to share! Holly started to pull rocks off the bottom of the lake in the shallow section and drag them to shore... was a hoot!

When I met Jake, it was the day after I met George. He was eight, was swinging like a monkey inside the sailboat and eating more Easy Cheese than I thought was physically possible. That was three years ago and he has grown so much.

Katie loves Annabelle and the poor dog puts up with more pulled tails, neck hugs and general smothering than any animal should have to! Yet she still loves them to pieces and isn’t herself when they are not around.

We went for a drive around the lake and stopped for what everyone else thought was a minute or two at a marina... I ran over to a good spot and just kept clicking. They dragged me away after a while saying that I had gotten enough photos. Never enough!
